SMC Corporate Finance advises gipser.ch on strategic partnership with AUCTUS

SMC Corporate Finance exclusively advised the owners of the gipser.ch Group in their search for a growth partner.

Headquartered in Pfäffikon (SZ), the gipser.ch Group is an established craftsman group focusing on plastering, painting, façade, and tiling works. Since the establishment of the holding structure in 2016, several long-standing companies have been brought together under one roof, including Isi & Hegglin AG, Emtre AG, Plattenfassade AG, Willy Gabl AG, Mate AG, and Promotion Clean AG.

With over 300 employees at five locations, the Group delivers complex new-build and refurbishment projects for private, commercial, and institutional clients. The business model combines strong regional market positions with group-wide coordination, clearly defined operational responsibilities, and entrepreneurial leadership. The strategic focus is based on an active buy-and-build strategy and the expansion into adjacent trades in the field of sustainable building solutions.

AUCTUS Capital Partners is an investment firm specializing in the European mid-market. As an active growth partner, the investor supports companies in succession solutions and buy-and-build strategies and has a strong track record in developing mid-sized businesses in the DACH region.

With AUCTUS, a partner has been found who will actively support the next growth phase of the gipser.ch Group. The objective of the partnership is to further expand the geographic footprint, pursue targeted add-on acquisitions, and achieve a strong long-term position as a leading provider of integrated crafts and building solutions.

SMC Corporate Finance structured and managed the entire transaction process as exclusive advisor to the gipser.ch Group – from strategic positioning and investor approach through to the successful implementation of the partnership.
